Office Assistant

Full Time
Hours: 9AM-5PM Monday to Friday
Pay: $21-24p/h
Duties:
• Filing / organizing / scanning and other clerical duties
• Answering phone calls and speaking with clients and customers
• Assistance with inventory management
• Analyzing and reviewing service contracts and invoices for accuracy
• Executing payments and processing reimbursements
• Compiling and distributing reports to management
• Ordering office supplies

Administrative Assistant

Part Time
Hours: 3-5 hours morning or evening, Monday to Friday
Pay: $20p/h
Contract: 3-6 months with possibility of extension
Duties:
• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
• Providing administrative support, including drafting correspondence and contracts, directing incoming calls and emails, and distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail
• Managing electronic and customer databases and organizing documents
• Assisting in the preparation of payroll and purchase requisitions

Data Entry Clerk

Duties:
• Entering customer orders and overseeing client files and office records
• Scanning and back scanning internal documents

Accountant

Full Time

Duties:
• Proposing cost reduction strategies
• Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure accurate recording of business transactions
• Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
• Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations
• Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices
• Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
in accordance with legal and company guidelines
• Assisting in reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned

Duties:
• Deploying, configuring, monitoring, researching, and troubleshooting in a high availability production environment
• Monitoring data-flow through multiple data-processing environments
• Provisioning and configuring new servers and systems and modifying database and system configurations
• Providing technical support and insight regarding technical controls and tool effectiveness
• Researching data and operational discrepancies and collaborating with internal departments to improve operations-related processes
